Programme Overview
The ECIS Middle Leader Certificate Programme has been designed exclusively for school leaders in India. It offers in-depth training on "The Culture of Leadership" and "Managing and Embracing Conflict" for K-12 schools.
Delivered by expert facilitators, the programme provides hands-on strategies and research-driven insights to empower participants to drive meaningful and sustainable change within their schools.
Participants will engage in two globally recognised ECIS Middle Leader Certificate courses, designed to develop confident, strategic, and emotionally intelligent middle leaders who inspire and uplift their teams.

Course 1 : The Culture of Leadership
Leadership is about shaping an environment where people and ideas thrive. This course equips participants with the tools to build an inclusive and empowering school culture. Topics include:
- Defining leadership and culture within an international school context.
- Aligning leadership vision, beliefs, and values to foster trust and collaboration.
- Leading through change with confidence, adaptability, and strategic foresight.
- Establishing intelligent accountability systems that inspire responsibility and growth.
- Developing others through mentoring and shared leadership to ensure lasting impact.
Course 2 : Managing and Embracing Conflict
Conflict, when managed effectively, can drive growth and strengthen relationships. This course provides middle leaders with practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations and fostering a culture of open communication. Key areas covered include:
- Understanding the dynamics of conflict in school environments.
- Applying techniques for high-stakes conversations with clarity and emotional intelligence.
- Transforming workplace tensions into opportunities for positive change.
- Strengthening team cohesion and trust through effective resolution strategies.
