The ECIS Middle Leader Courses offer comprehensive training in "Building and Leading Teams" and "Coaching & Leadership" for K-12 schools. Designed to empower participants, these courses focus on developing highly effective teams leading to improving student learning outcomes, and integrating coaching approaches for continuous professional development.
