Sarah Kupke is an experienced educator with a diverse background in primary, secondary, and special education, as well as undergraduate teaching at the Roehampton Institute in London. Since moving to Germany in 1990, she has played a pivotal role in the establishment and leadership of start-up schools, including founding the Heidelberg International School and the International School of Stuttgart’s Sindelfingen campus, where she and her team pioneered innovative dual language and interlingual educational approaches. A seasoned presenter and workshop leader, Sarah’s expertise spans home language support through interlingual learning, collaborative teaching and crafting school culture through solution-focused pratices. Her passion lies in enhancing intercultural understanding, embracing diversity and intentionally creating inclusive schools.
