Session Description :
- We know that the quality of teaching matters. To improve teaching and learning in schools, leaders must know what great teaching looks like and understand how children learn. This session will equip leaders with key insights from educational research on effective pedagogy and cognitive science. In the session, participants will develop the confidence to identify high-quality teaching and learning, understanding how to make informed, evidence-based decisions that support both teacher development and student success.
Candidates will :

- reflect on what great teaching looks like in their own context
- identify how they can use evidence to support improvement in teaching and learning
