Fiona Reynolds is an accomplished and forward-thinking educational leader with over 25 years of experience in international schools across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Previously serving as the deputy head of school at the American School in Bombay, Fiona has established herself as a prominent figure in the education sector through her contributions to various conferences and presentations on topics such as fostering schools, facilitating organizational change, and creating schools that are responsive to developmental needs.
Fiona holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and is currently ABD (all but dissertation) in a PhD program in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota. She has also made valuable contributions to the field of education as a member of multiple academic boards, as well as various advisory and steering committees.
