Tejas Toro is a passionate life coach dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Through his unique program, Soul@Work, he has empowered a diverse clientele in eight countries, including CXOs, entrepreneurs, Olympic athletes (*including a gold medalist and recipient of India's prestigious Arjuna Award), politicians, artists, and professionals.

Tejas’ journey began with academic excellence, graduating as a top student in Engineering at Pune University. However, a yearning for deeper purpose led him on a six-year exploration of spirituality, seeking self-understanding and the ultimate truths of existence.
This transformative experience Tejas' desire to bridge the gap between personal growth and professional success. He pursued further education in human development, management, and organizational development sciences, equipping them with the tools to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Tejas’ credentials showcase his commitment to continuous learning and a holistic approach to coaching. He holds certifications as a Peak Performance Coach, a trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Creative Movement Therapist. Additionally, he possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Experiential Learning.

These qualifications complement his strong academic background, which includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering from Pune University where he ranked among the top students.
