Mudit is a global business leader with over 29 years of experience across different functions including customer development, supply chain, distribution, and general management across multiple business units of Johnson & Johnson Limited. He has worked across cultures and business environments in India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, the USA & Australia. Mudit’s last corporate role was with global market leader Dole Packaged Fruits to build their India strategy. Mudit is currently mentoring and consulting startups in the FMCG/CPG space, Leadership Development & Data Analytics, Route to Market, Channel Development and Entry Strategies

Mudit has a credible track record of delivering superior financial results and impact by leading commercial growth, successful brand launches, step changes in channel development, market expansion, and sales development, for global companies. His career has been built on high leadership standards and consistently delivering superior performance across multiple challenging roles. His last few key roles included leading the organization through the Start-up and expansion phase (India 2020-2023, Vietnam 2009-2012), and managing a high-growth business in emerging markets (India 2012-2016). He was given the challenge of turning around a strategic but declining business (Taiwan & Hong Kong 2016-2018). His legacy has been built on creating compliant, long-term businesses with a strong focus on business, customer, and leadership.

Mudit is passionate about teaching and is a visiting faculty of Sales & Marketing for MBA programmes at SP Jain Institute of Management, BITSoM, Mumbai, and Jio Institute, Mumbai.
