Tushar is a part of GroupM South Asia Executive Committee and in his current role, he helps GroupM’s transformation Journey by harnessing digital, data, and content. Tushar has 23 years of experience in Digital, Media, Advertising, and Technology. Tushar had launched Digital Media Agency business unit (Interaction) for GroupM India and built up to 1000+ member team and expanded services in areas like Content, search & programmatic buying, mobile, digital activation, Social, Insight, and digital analytics. GroupM digital Media practice is today's largest digital media solution provider with more than 300 active clients. GroupM digital practice has been consistently the best performer across all the media and digital awards. Tushar was also part of SureWaves start-up team focused on Media technology. Tushar has helped incubate and scale WPP Stream India/ Asia –an unconference bringing Industry thought leaders from digital, marketing, technology, creative, and communications business. He has served on the IAMAI governing council and is part of the MMA India founding team. Tushar is a Chevening Rolls-Royce Fellow (Innovation, Science, and Leadership). Tushar is also serving as a Board Member of WPP India CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Foundation.
