Mr. Sanjay Jog is Chief People Office at Reliance Jio Infocom. He has over 30 years of experience in managing HR as well as Business. Sanjay is a science graduate and MBA in Marketing. He has worked with organizations like Taj Group of Hotels (Indian Group of Companies), DHL Worldwide Express, RPG Enterprises where he was head of RPG’s International Music Business, as well as Head of HR at Retail and currently heads largest Indian start up Reliance Jio. Sanjay has also worked in the telecom industry with Bharti Enterprises as Head of HR for mobility business. He spent considerable time with Future Group (Big Bazar, Central, Pantaloons etc.) and was credited of growing the organization from 3000 to over 50,000 people in a short period of time, as well as creating a unique culture based on Indian Mythology.
