He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Kampd, an AI-powered community platform designed to make professional conversations more intelligent and relevant.
Parminder’s career spans leadership roles across global tech and media companies. At Mediacorp, Singapore’s national media network, he served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Digital Officer, where he led efforts to transform the broadcaster into a dynamic, transmedia organization.
Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Google, where he worked with APAC enterprises to support their digital transformation journeys. As Regional Managing Director at Twitter (now X), Parminder was instrumental in building the company’s footprint across Asia, helping shape its early growth in key markets. His earlier roles at Apple and IBM deepened his understanding of enterprise technology and innovation at scale.
Beyond the corporate world, Parminder is committed to leveraging technology for social impact. He is a founding angel of The/Nudge, a grassroots poverty alleviation initiative in India focused on sustainable development and livelihood creation.
