Jeeva Balakrishnan is a Human Resources & talent development Leader, Executive Coach, experience designer, and change agent. Currently, he leads Talent Transformation at Reliance Retail Limited as its SVP & Chief Talent Officer. Jeeva has over two and half decades of HR experience in varied functional domains in the Manufacturing, Retail, Consulting and Service Industries. Prior to his current role, he was leading the HR function for Reliance Digital, Reliance Market, Raymond Lifestyle Business, BAA, WethicA and Leela Group. Jeeva has done his MHRM from Madurai Institute of Social Sciences and a certification in Strategic HRM from IIM-Ahmedabad. He is a certified Executive Coach from Coaching Foundation India (CFI).
