Beth Stark is an education consultant and UDL specialist who works with international schools and organisations to build meaningful, sustainable engagement with Universal Design for Learning. She brings both research depth and practical experience to her work with school leadership teams.

Her work is grounded in a genuine belief that UDL is not an add-on or a strategy set, but a framework that begins with seeing the full range of learners and designing proactively for them.

In 2025, Beth was honoured to receive the CAST UDL Anne Meyer Design Award, recognising her dedication to advancing Universal Design for Learning. Her professional memberships and certifications reflect that same commitment: Co-Chairperson of the UDL-IRN Implementation Special Interest Group, ISTE Certified Educator, and CPACC certified member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.

Beth is committed to moving schools beyond surface-level inclusion toward deep, learner-centred design. Her facilitation style is interactive, reflective and grounded in the realities of international school life.
