- How do I apply to the ECIS Programme?
You can apply to the ECIS Programme online. The application process is straight forward.

- What are the dates of the Programme?
The Programme is scheduled from June 16, 2025 to June 20, 2025 at the Jio Institute campus, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai

The last date to register for this Programme is April 30, 2025. However, it is recommended that you register sooner as there are limited seats.

- What is the fee structure?
The fee structure for the Programme is as follows:
Programme Fee: ₹52000+ ₹9360 (GST) = ₹61360
- Do you offer any concession in the Programme fee?
The Programme fee covers on-campus accommodation and all meals for the duration of the course. It is being offered at a very reasonable fee and hence we are unable to offer any further concessions.
- Do you acknowledge receipt of application by mail?
Yes, you will receive an email from the office of Educational Leadership (eduleadership@jioinstitute.edu.in) once you have registered for the Programme and paid the registration fee.
- Does the course fee cover the accommodation & meals?
The course fee ₹52000+ 18% GST is inclusive of accommodation and food expenses for the entire duration of the course. Travel expenses to and from Jio Institute, Ulwe campus, will have to be borne by the participants. Food or any other items of personal use ordered from outside will have to be paid for by the participants directly.

- I have a special dietary requirement. Can you cater to those?
Please let us know your specific dietary requirement and Jio Institute will try to meet reasonable requests subject to availability.
- What is the dress code?
All participants are expected to be dressed in formals or smart casuals (strictly no shorts & flip-flops)
- Will the accommodation be of single occupancy or sharing ?
All participants will be allocated single occupancy air-conditioned rooms for the duration of the Programme.
- Will my spouse/child be permitted to stay with me during the Programme?
Only candidates who have registered for this Programme will be permitted to stay at the Jio Institute campus.
- Will I be given a campus tour of the Jio Institute?
Yes, the Jio Institute team will be happy to give a tour of the campus to all the participants
- How far is the Jio Institute from the Mumbai Airport?
Jio Institute is about 35 km from the Mumbai Airport. Prepaid cabs can be hired at the airport, 28 kms from CST(Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus) and 33 kms from BKC (Bandra kurla complex).
- Can I also take up work-related assignments during the ECIS Programme?
This a full-time residential Programme and may not leave you with enough time to take up work- related assignments during the duration of the Programme. However, in the evenings you may get some time to meet your personal and professional commitments.
- Will I get any opportunity for site-seeing in Mumbai?
Participants may make their own arrangements for site-seeing. The Jio Institute team can provide guidance in this regard. Since, there may be no time for site seeing during the Programme it is suggested that you either come in a day earlier or extend your stay for a day after the Programme. Jio Institute can help facilitate your accommodation.
- What is the check-in time and check-out time to your accommodation?
All participants are required to check-in on 15th June 2025. The course is scheduled to conclude by 6:00 pm on 20 th June 2025, after which participants can check out. Participants who wish to explore Mumbai may check out on 21st June 2025. It is essential for participants to attend the entire programme to qualify for certification.
- What other facilities do you have at your campus?
Jio Institute’s 52-acre digitally enabled campus in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, harmoniously combines nature and state-of-the-art infrastructure. Our facilities include smart classrooms, a well-equipped digital library, an international standard athletic track, a high performance gymnasium, indoor sports facilities, a recreation center, and numerous collaborative spaces and meeting rooms. Participants will have access to these amenities throughout their stay at the institute.
- Whether your campus has facility for any medical emergency?
We have a medical room, first aid facilities, a qualified physician on campus from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, There are some reputed hospitals in the vicinity as well. Jio Institute has tie ups with Apollo Hospital in Belapur, Navi Mumbai and Kokilaben Dhirabhai Ambani Hospital in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai.
- What is the minimum work experience needed to enroll for the course?
ECIS requires all participants to be currently employed as educators or experienced teachers & mid-level leaders: aspiring leaders, leaders functioning at the middle of the organization’s administration such as Heads of Department, Assistant Principals, Coordinators, and Directors of counselling, activities and athletics.

All participants should carry their own laptops or tablets. This will come in handy while accessing the digital resources which will be given to you for the Programme.
