Dr. Padmaja Palekar, a Fellow from IIM-Bangalore, brings over two decades of experience in Human Resource Management, primarily as an HR Consultant for startups and mid-sized organizations. Her expertise lies in HR Transformation, Restructuring, and Strategic HR Initiatives. She has successfully designed and implemented organizational design, improved HR operations, and enhanced team engagement and performance. Recently, she returned to the corporate world, currently working with Unilever Industries Pvt Ltd.
Dr. Palekar is actively involved in research, with publications in renowned journals, including a case study on "Start-Up to Scale-Up: The Changing Entrepreneurs' Competencies." She is a frequent speaker at industry forums, recently addressing the WERC conference on International Talent Trends in India.
