Jio Institute organized a rejuvenating yoga session aimed at promoting mental health and well-being. The session encompassed various elements to enhance physical and mental vitality. Participants were guided through Sukshma Yoga, which included gentle stretching exercises to loosen the body and release tension. Dynamic breathing practices were incorporated to enhance energy flow and focus. Surya Namaskar, a series of sun salutations, provided a holistic workout for the body and mind. The session also included Laughter Yoga, encouraging participants to engage in laughter as a means to uplift their spirits.
