Tridib Mukherjee defines and drives the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS) strategy in Play Games24x7 across products and business verticals. Games24x7 is a data-driven technology organization with their products in the online gaming space. AI/ML is central to this technology vision and Tridib leads a strong multi-dimensional innovation agenda cutting across Game AI, Process AI, and Content AI while inculcating AI/ML-first approach in automating business decisions and enhancing user experience.
Earlier, Tridib led the Platforms, Tools, and Technologies research group in Conduent Labs India, formerly known as Xerox Research Center India (XRCI), and drove research on AI for social good around Urban Informatics and Crime Analytics, and Distributed Large-scale Platforms. Tridib’s work on CloudAdvisor, a cloud configuration recommendation system for enterprise application, won the prestigious IEEE Cloud Cup in 2013.
