Application Process - International Candidates New

• Click here to visit the Jio Institute online application portal
• Create your account using the Registration form
• Follow the instructions to verify your email ID

• Once your email ID has been verified, login to the online application portal using your email ID and the password assigned to you.
• Upon login, you will be directed to the Dashboard. Click on "Apply Now" to begin the Application form.
• The online application form has different sections, viz. Personal Information, Academic Details, Work Experience, Essays & Recommendation, and Financing & Scholarship. We encourage you to explore these sections before you start filling in the information.
• While filling up the online application you will be able to save drafts and even go back to a previous section to edit any information.
• Next, use the ‘Upload Documents’ section to submit copies of Mandatory and Optional documents:
  1. The following documents are Mandatory, and must be included along with the application form:
     • Colour Photograph (Passport size photo)
     • ID Proof (Aadhar Card for Indian Students / Passport or Government recognised National Identity Card for Foreign Nationals)
     • Senior Secondary / 10th-grade / ‘O’ Level / Equivalent certificate
     • Higher Secondary / 12th-grade / ‘A’ Level / Equivalent certificate
     • Graduation degree certificate and transcripts / mark sheets
     • Work Experience / Service Letter(s)
     • Current Resume
  2. The following Optional documents may also be submitted to help build a stronger case for your candidacy:
     • Professional Certificate(s)
     • Post-Graduation degree certificate and transcripts / marksheets (if any)
     • Award Certificate(s)
     • Published Research Paper(s)
     • Portfolio / Work Samples / Project copy
     • Patent (if any)
     • Video Resume
• Finally, submit the Application of $40 using the options available on the screen. Upon completion, the Admissions Office will automatically receive your application and supporting documents for review. Please note that the Application Fee is non-refundable.

As a part of admission and selection process, the candidate is required to submit a valid GRE or GMAT score or appear for Jio Institute Entrance Test (JET) :

• Submit GRE Scores or appear for Jio Institute Entrance Test (JET) for PGP in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
• Submit GRE or GMAT scores or appear for Jio Institute Entrance Test (JET) for PGP in Digital Media & Marketing Communications / PGP in Sports Management / PGP in Journalism

• The Admissions Office will send you information to schedule an online interview with the admissions panel
• Choose from the available time slots based on your convenience and book your appointment

• Based on an overall assessment of your application, and performance in the entrance test and interview the Admissions Office will communication its admissions decision to you.
• If you are accepted into the programme, you will receive the Provisional Admission Offer Letter and you will be required to submit ₹25.000 to confirm as Admission Fee within 7 days. Please note that the Admission Fee is non-refundable.
• Once you submit the Admission Fee, you will receive the final Admission Offer Letter and you will be required to submit ₹4,87,500 as the First Installment within 15 days
• Upon receipt of the First Installment, your admission into the programme will be confirmed, and you will receive further information related to the programme schedule.
• You may request for a refund by referring to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
