How to Apply

1. Create your account using the Jio Institute online application portal
  • Click here to visit the Jio Institute online application portal
  • Create your account using the Registration form
  • Follow the instructions to verify your email ID
2. Access application portal dashboard 
  • Once your email ID has been verified, login to the online application portal using your email ID and the password assigned to you.
  • Upon login, you will be directed to the Dashboard. Click on "Apply Now" to begin the Application form.
  • The online application form has different sections, viz. Personal Information, Academic Details, Work Experience, Essays & Recommendation, and Financing & Scholarship. We encourage you to explore these sections before you start filling in the information.
  • While filling up the online application you will be able to save drafts and even go back to a previous section to edit any information.
  • Next, use the ‘Upload Documents’ section to submit copies of Mandatory and Optional documents:
    1. The following documents are Mandatory, and must be included along with the application form:
      • Colour Photograph (Passport size photo)
      • ID Proof (Aadhar Card for Indian Students / Passport or Government recognised National Identity Card for Foreign Nationals)
      • Senior Secondary / 10th-grade / ‘O’ Level / Equivalent certificate
      • Higher Secondary / 12th-grade / ‘A’ Level / Equivalent certificate
      • Graduation degree certificate and transcripts / mark sheets
      • Work Experience / Service Letter(s)
      • Current Resume
    2. The following Optional documents may also be submitted to help build a stronger case for your candidacy:
      • Professional Certificate(s)
      • Post-Graduation degree certificate and transcripts / marksheets (if any)
      • Award Certificate(s)
      • Published Research Paper(s)
      • Portfolio / Work Samples / Project copy
      • Patent (if any)
      • Video Resume
  • Finally, submit the Application of INR 2,500/- using the options available on the screen. Upon completion, the Admissions Office will automatically receive your application and supporting documents for review. Please note that the Application Fee is non-refundable.
3. Take the Online Entrance Test
  • After you submit your completed online application along with all other supporting documents, you will receive a link to take the online entrance exam.
  • The exam follows a multiple-choice format, and includes sections such as Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Writing Skills, and takes approximately 130 minutes to complete.
  • You can choose from multiple slots to book a time as per your convenience, and can be taken online from the comfort of your residence,
  • Upon completion of the exam, the Admissions Office will automatically receive your test score.
  • Please note that no fee is payable for taking the test
4. Appear for an Online Interview
  • The Admissions Office will send you information to schedule an online interview with the admissions panel
  • Choose from the available time slots based on your convenience and book your appointment
5. Admission decision and Admission Fee payment
  • Based on an overall assessment of your application, and performance in the entrance test and interview the Admissions Office will communication its admissions decision to you.
  • If you are accepted into the programme, you will receive the Provisional Admission Offer Letter and you will be required to submit INR 25.000 to confirm as Admission Fee within 7 days. Please note that the Admission Fee is non-refundable.
  • Once you submit the Admission Fee, you will receive the final Admission Offer Letter and you will be required to submit INR 2,75,000 as the First Instalment within 15 days
  • Upon receipt of the First Instalment, your admission into the programme will be confirmed, and you will receive further information related to the programme schedule.
  • You may request for a complete refund of the First Instalment at any date before July 8, 2022.
