A passionate advocate for Olympic sports, Aditya is driven by a dual mission: to ensure a global audience has access to the best Olympic events, inspiring them to embrace sports and contribute to a better world, and to capitalize on the opportunities presented by the next generation of mobile and internet users. He envisions optimizing an organization's digital strategy and transformation to maximize reach and engagement.

His long-term goal is to establish a world-class sports facility in India, contributing to the nation's burgeoning sporting success. In the short term, he seeks to gain valuable experience by associating with a leading Sports Organization/Institution.

Aditya’s professional background demonstrates a strong foundation in sports administration, marketing, and media. He honed his skills at the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Television & Marketing Services SA, holding roles in Market Analyst - TV & Digital Media, contributing to digital strategy, broadcast rights sales, and media business intelligence. He also played a key role in the development of the "New Media & Youth Olympic Games" Report.

Prior to his work with the IOC, he interned with the International Mountaineering & Climbing Federation (UIAA) and co-created a new event concept - "2xtreme" - a BMX and Mountain Biking combination event in collaboration with the Union Cyclisme Internationale (UCI).

Beyond the sports industry, his experience encompasses client negotiation, project management, and leading a team of 10 at Tavant Technologies, implementing software solutions for the mortgage industry.

An avid outdoorsman, he has conquered the Pin-Parvati Pass (5000m) and completed the Manali-Leh road trip, traversing several high mountain passes. He has also completed a Basic Mountaineering Course from NIM Uttranchal.
